This week we’ve had the roll out of our new telecoms billing platform. This is in response to feedback that customers need more visibility on call volumes and breakdowns of call types etc. Although for some customers we have reporting solutions attached to the IP system itself it doesn’t always capture analogue lines and doesn’t tie up with mobiles etc.
The billing part is as exciting as you can imagine but the call reporting is very powerful and automatically tags some usage charts to each electronic invoice. You can also view all this data through our customer portal.
We hope that this information will help in general but most importantly it gives a good breakdown of where the costs are and allows for some changes to be made.
