Virgin Media, VPN, Cable, Office, Superhub.
If your VPN has recently stopped working, follow the below steps to resolve. This seems to have been caused by a Superhub update around September 2012.
- Login to Superhub, default IP 192.168.0.1
- Enter username/password (try superuser:changeme or admin:changeme)
- Click on Advance Settings on the bottom right of the page
- Select Security
- Scroll to the bottom section and tick the PPTP Pass-Through box
- Click Apply
Although this would suggest an inbound VPN setting to us, it did in fact resolve the issue of Windows PPTP home VPN connecting to a Draytek router at a remote site.
