For example, we don't just supply you a terminal server for remote sites or workers, we:

• Work with you to identify your requirements, presenting various options including Citrix, thin clients etc. We demo these using our own test infrastrucure, giving you a close example of the solution.
• Agree the final solution and payment details - including lease plans.
• Plan and organise the relevant steps agreeing all aspects with you. Workingh to minimise any interruption to your business.
• Organise and supply any necessary high-speed connections from leased-line to ADSL.
• Supply and install necessary hardware and firewalls for offices and/or remote workers.
• Deploy and test the terminal server and either install your applications or where 3rd party support is required, work with the 3rd party supplier to get the application up and running.
• Setup client PCs for use, using our remote access tools for remote workers across the world.
• Provide ongoing hardware and software support for the whole solution.

Our view is quite simple, once we have agreed on the solution its up to us to implement it. Your focus can stay on running your company and not your IT.
